My first cash-out at Spinfin took 18 hours from the click on Withdraw to £150 landing in my PayPal balance. A second payout to my Visa debit card took four working days. Identity checks ate seven of those 18 hours because I uploaded my documents after requesting the payout, and I would not repeat that.
The Spinfin Withdrawal Process, Step by Step
Seven steps separate your balance from your bank account, and the first two happen before you open the cashier.
Step 1: Check Your Bonus and Wagering
- Action: Open "My Bonuses" from the account menu and look for a live offer.
- Wagering: I claimed a 100% match up to £200 with 35x wagering on the bonus amount. A £50 bonus meant £1,750 of bets before the bonus funds and any winnings from them became withdrawable. Slots count 100% towards that total, while roulette and blackjack count 10%.
- Forfeit option: You can cancel the bonus from the same page, which removes the bonus funds and any winnings built on them. Spinfin rejected one of my requests because a bonus was still live, so check this page before you touch the cashier.
Step 2: Complete Identity Verification (KYC)
Spinfin asks for identity documents before your first payout, in line with anti-money laundering checks. Upload them under Account, then Verification. Submit them before you request money and you skip the seven-hour wait I sat through.
- Photo ID: A passport or photocard driving licence, in colour, with all four corners visible.
- Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter dated within the last three months, showing the name and address on your Spinfin account.
- Proof of payment method: For a debit card payout, Spinfin wants a photo of the card front with the middle digits covered. PayPal needed nothing extra in my test.
Step 3: Open the Cashier
Log in, click "Cashier" in the top right corner and select the "Withdraw" tab. Deposits and withdrawals sit on separate tabs, so you will not send money in the wrong direction by mistake.
Step 4: Choose Your Payout Method
Spinfin sends winnings back to the method you deposited with. If you put in £100 through PayPal and £50 by debit card, your first £100 of winnings goes to PayPal.
- PayPal: The fastest route I tried.
- Visa and Mastercard debit cards: Familiar, but slower. UK rules ban credit cards for gambling, so only debit cards appear in the cashier.
- Bank transfer via Faster Payments: Pays straight to your current account, and the Open Banking link pre-fills your details.
- Pay by Phone: This works for deposits only, so you need a second method for payouts.
Step 5: Enter the Amount
- Minimum: £20 per withdrawal.
- Maximum: £2,500 per transaction on PayPal and debit cards, £5,000 on bank transfer, and £10,000 per week across all methods. The weekly cap is the one real downside. A large jackpot reaches you in instalments over several weeks.
- Multiple requests: You can withdraw part of your balance and leave the rest, as long as each request clears £20.
Step 6: Confirm Your Request
Check the amount and the method, then press "Confirm Withdrawal". Your request moves to a pending queue where Spinfin's finance team reviews it, and the review lasts up to 12 hours. A "Reverse Withdrawal" button sits beside the pending request. Press it and the money returns to your balance, which tempts you to keep playing. I left mine alone.
Step 7: Receive Your Money
Your transaction history shows "Withdrawal processed" once the finance team approves the payout. At that point Spinfin has released the money, but your bank or PayPal still has to credit it. Slower methods lose their time after this status appears, not before it.
Spinfin Withdrawal Times, Limits and Fees
How Long Does Spinfin Take to Withdraw?
Spinfin withdrawal times depend on the method. Each figure below covers the period after the finance team approves your request, and the approval itself takes up to 12 hours.
- PayPal: Minutes after approval. A Saturday request moved at the same pace as a Tuesday one in my test.
- Visa or Mastercard debit: 3 to 5 working days. Mine arrived on day four.
- Bank transfer via Faster Payments: 1 to 2 working days.
- Weekend requests: A card or bank request made on Friday evening waits until Monday.
Spinfin charges nothing to process a withdrawal. Your own bank may add a conversion fee if your account holds a currency other than pounds sterling, and a standard UK current account sees none.
Checks That Stop a Payout Failing
- Name match: Withdraw to a PayPal account or card in your own name. A mismatch with your Spinfin registration triggers a security hold.
- Documents first: Upload your ID and proof of address before your first request.
- Bonus status: Finish the wagering or forfeit the bonus before you ask for money.
- Live chat: On day four of my card payout I asked support for an update. An agent answered in under two minutes, gave me a reference number and confirmed the money had left Spinfin.
Example Withdrawal Scenario
This is my own £150 PayPal test, step by step.
Step 1: Request. At 6:00pm on Tuesday I opened the cashier and clicked "Withdraw".
Step 2: Method. I picked PayPal, the same method I used to deposit.
Step 3: Amount. I entered £150. The amount cleared the £20 minimum and the cashier showed no fee.
Step 4: Verification. Spinfin asked for ID and proof of address. I uploaded a passport photo and a council tax letter, and the team approved both at 1:00am on Wednesday.
Step 5: Payout. The finance team released the money at 11:30am on Wednesday and my history changed to "Withdrawal processed". PayPal sent its notification at 11:42am, about 18 hours after my request.
